The candidate must hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related engineering discipline from a recognized university in Pakistan Islamabad or an internationally accredited institution.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between FITIA and TechBridge Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. upon countersignature by both parties. All terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
2. The Systems Engineer shall report to the FITIA Chief Information Officer at the Islamabad, Pakistan campus on the first working day following the effective date of this Purchase Order, which is scheduled for 1 July 2025.
3. Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Supplier. All payments shall be processed through the Federal Government of Pakistan's electronic payment gateway (FBR-authorized channels).
4. The Systems Engineer shall comply with all data protection regulations as stipulated under the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) guidelines and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) data handling protocols applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.
5. Any modification to the scope of work defined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. No verbal amendments shall be recognized.
6. The Supplier warrants that the Systems Engineer assigned to this engagement shall not be simultaneously engaged in any conflicting project with a competing government or private entity within the Islamabad Capital Territory.
7. Confidentiality: All information, system architectures, network topologies, and operational data encountered by the Systems Engineer during the course of this engagement in Pakistan Islamabad shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written authorization from FITIA.
8. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940, with the seat of arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The Systems Engineer shall submit a comprehensive monthly progress report to the FITIA Project Management Office located in Pakistan Islamabad by the fifth (5th) business day of each subsequent month. Quarterly performance reviews shall be conducted jointly by FITIA management and the Supplier's account representative. All deliverables, including design documents, implementation logs, security audit reports, and training materials, shall be submitted in both digital (PDF and editable formats) and hard-copy form to the FITIA records office in Islamabad.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Systems Engineer at the FITIA facility in Pakistan Islamabad. This document is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the effective date unless extended by mutual written agreement.
