This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Infrastructure Solutions WLL to GulfTech Professional Services LLC for the engagement of a qualified Systems Engineer to provide comprehensive infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance services at the buyer's primary data center and operational facilities located in Qatar Doha. The Systems Engineer shall be responsible for the end-to-end management of hardware, software, network architecture, and cloud integration systems supporting the buyer's enterprise operations across all Qatar Doha sites.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon full execution by both parties. All services described herein shall be performed by a qualified and certified Systems Engineer or team of Systems Engineers as specified in the line items above.
2. The Systems Engineer shall report directly to the Buyer's Chief Information Officer and shall maintain a minimum on-site presence at the Qatar Doha headquarters facility (Business Bay Tower, Al Rayyan) for no fewer than 40 hours per week during the contract term.
3. All work, deliverables, documentation, and intellectual property generated under this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of the Buyer. The Systems Engineer shall comply with all data protection regulations applicable in Qatar, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).
4. The Supplier shall ensure that the assigned Systems Engineer holds a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise infrastructure and possesses current certifications including but not limited to: Cisco CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, and AWS Solutions Architect Professional.
5. Payment shall be made in QAR via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account. Invoicing shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day. Payment terms are Net 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
6. The Supplier shall provide a comprehensive project plan within 10 business days of this Purchase Order's effective date, detailing milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation for all Qatar Doha sites.
7. The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice in the event of material breach, failure to meet service level agreements, or if the Systems Engineer fails to perform duties to the standard required for Qatar Doha operations.
8. All services shall comply with Qatar's labor laws, Qatari Standards and Metrology Organization (QSO) regulations, and any applicable municipal or governmental requirements for IT infrastructure in Doha.
9. The Supplier shall maintain adequate professional indemnity and liability insurance coverage of no less than QAR 5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.
10. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).

The engagement of the Systems Engineer under this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 July 2025 and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months, concluding on 30 June 2026, unless extended by mutual written agreement. All on-site work shall be conducted at the Buyer's facilities in Qatar Doha, with the primary site being the Business Bay Tower in Al Rayyan and secondary sites at the Msheireb Downtown satellite office and the Al Wakrah industrial facility.
