6. All intellectual property, system architectures, network topologies, and technical documentation created by the Systems Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Hanbit Digital Infrastructure Co., Ltd.
7. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Seoul, South Korea, before escalation to the Seoul Central District Court. The parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any litigation shall be the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
8. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written consent of both parties. No oral modifications shall be valid or enforceable.
9. The Systems Engineer shall adhere to the buyer's internal code of conduct, security protocols, and workplace policies as established for all personnel operating within the Seoul, South Korea office premises.
10. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Seoul metropolitan region, shall temporarily suspend obligations under this Purchase Order without penalty to either party.
