3.1 — This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Argentine Republic and the specific regulations applicable to the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the competent courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

3.2 — The Tailor shall use only premium-grade fabrics and materials sourced from approved suppliers. All fabric selections have been pre-approved by the Buyer and are documented in the attached material specification sheets.

3.3 — The Tailor is required to provide progress updates to the Buyer every five (5) business days via email or in-person consultation at the Tailor's workshop located on Calle San Martín 892, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

3.4 — All garments must pass a final quality inspection conducted by the Buyer's designated representative at the Tailor's premises in Buenos Aires, Argentina, prior to shipment. Any garment failing to meet the agreed-upon specifications shall be reworked at no additional cost to the Buyer.

3.5 — The Tailor warrants that all workmanship shall conform to the highest standards of Argentine bespoke tailoring. A warranty period of twelve (12) months applies to all structural elements of the garments, covering any defects in stitching, canvas construction, or button attachment.

3.6 — Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Tailor's account in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The first installment (50%) is due within five (5) business days of the Buyer's written acceptance of this Purchase Order. The second installment (50%) is due upon successful final inspection and delivery.

3.7 — The Tailor shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the Buyer's corporate identity, employee measurements, and any proprietary design elements incorporated into the garments. This obligation survives the completion of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.

3.8 — In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Buenos Aires, Argentina, metropolitan area, either party may request a reasonable extension of delivery deadlines without penalty.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, specifications, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order. The Tailor confirms receipt of all measurement sheets, fabric selections, and design specifications and commits to delivering the tailored garments in full compliance with this document. The Buyer confirms authorization of the total amount stated herein and commits to timely payment in accordance with the payment terms specified above.
