This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Corporate Apparel Pty Ltd to St. Lucia Bespoke Tailor & Co., a registered Tailor operating in Australia Brisbane, for the provision of custom tailoring services, premium fabric procurement, and the manufacture of a full collection of corporate garments. All completed garments and materials shall be delivered to the Buyer's premises at Level 12, 200 Creek Street, Brisbane, Queensland 4000, Australia. The Tailor is responsible for all packaging, labelling, and transport within the Brisbane metropolitan area. Delivery is scheduled in three (3) staged batches: Batch 1 (suits and blazers) by 15 August 2025; Batch 2 (shirts and trousers) by 29 August 2025; and Batch 3 (remaining alterations and final quality checks) by 12 September 2025. The Tailor shall provide written confirmation of dispatch at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to each delivery.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Tailor upon execution by both parties. All terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.
- The Tailor warrants that all garments shall be constructed to the highest standard of bespoke tailoring, using only the fabrics and materials specified in Schedule A of this Purchase Order. Any substitution of materials requires prior written approval from the Buyer.
- Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Tailor's nominated bank account within thirty (30) days of the date of this Purchase Order. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
- The Tailor shall maintain full insurance coverage for all materials and work-in-progress at the Brisbane workshop. The Buyer shall be notified in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of any incident that may affect the delivery timeline.
- A minimum of two (2) fitting sessions shall be conducted at the Tailor's St. Lucia, Brisbane workshop. The Buyer's representatives shall attend all fittings in person. The Tailor shall provide a detailed measurement record for each client and retain these records for a period of five (5) years.
- Any defects in workmanship or materials discovered within ninety (90) days of final delivery shall be remedied by the Tailor at no additional cost to the Buyer. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care or wear.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall be liable for all work completed and materials procured up to the date of termination.
- All intellectual property, including design patterns and measurement data created specifically for the Buyer under this Purchase Order, shall remain the property of the Buyer. The Tailor shall not replicate or share these designs with any third party without written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, in accordance with the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) procedures before any litigation is commenced.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order. The Tailor confirms that the quoted prices are valid for the duration of this Purchase Order and that all delivery dates are achievable with the current capacity of the Brisbane workshop.
