Note: All tailoring work referenced in this Purchase Order shall be carried out at the supplier’s registered workshop located on Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. Fabric sourcing for bespoke garments is to be conducted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Fair Trading Act 1999 (Vic). All garments must meet the Australian Standard AS/NZS 1957 for textile labelling. Terms and Conditions

Delivery & Location: All completed tailor-made garments and services shall be delivered to the Buyer’s premises at 185 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia, no later than 29 August 2025, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% (AUD 48,098.60) is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% (AUD 72,147.90) shall be payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of final delivery and written acceptance of all tailor services rendered in Melbourne.
Quality Assurance: The Tailor (supplier) warrants that all bespoke garments and alterations shall be constructed to the highest standard of Australian tailoring craftsmanship. Any defects in workmanship identified within ninety (90) days of delivery shall be rectified at no additional cost to the Buyer.
Fit Guarantee: Each bespoke garment includes up to three (3) complimentary fitting and adjustment sessions at the Melbourne workshop. Should the garment fail to meet the agreed measurements after the third fitting, the Tailor shall remake the affected garment at no charge.
Intellectual Property: All patterns, measurements, and design specifications provided by the Buyer remain the exclusive property of Yarra Valley Corporate Attire Pty Ltd. The Tailor shall not reproduce, share, or use these specifications for any third party without prior written consent.
Compliance: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) or the courts of competent jurisdiction in Melbourne.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events affecting Melbourne, supply chain disruptions, or government-mandated closures.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client measurements, corporate branding, and all information exchanged in connection with this Purchase Order for a period of two (2) years following completion.
