- Scope of Tailor Services: The vendor, Maison Beaumont Tailleur & Couturier, shall provide all bespoke tailoring, alteration, and garment construction services as specified in this Purchase Order. All work shall be performed by qualified tailors at the vendor's atelier in Paris, France, in accordance with the highest standards of French couture craftsmanship.
- Quality Assurance: Each tailored garment delivered under this Purchase Order must meet the specifications agreed upon during the initial fitting session. The master tailor shall conduct a final quality inspection prior to delivery. Any garment not meeting the agreed specifications shall be re-tailored at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Delivery in France Paris: All items shall be delivered to the buyer's address at 12 Rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France, by the dates indicated in the line items table. Delivery within the city of Paris is included in the stated prices. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days shall incur a penalty of 1.5% of the affected line item value per day.
- Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the vendor's account in France Paris within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. The invoice must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-FR-PR-2025-04871) and include the vendor's TVA registration number.
