4. Delivery & Logistics

All goods and completed tailoring work under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the buyer’s premises at Nariman Point, India Mumbai, within 45 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The Tailor’s workshop in Grant Road, India Mumbai, shall bear the cost of local transportation within the Mumbai metropolitan area. Partial deliveries are permitted only with prior written approval from the Procurement Manager. Each delivery batch must be accompanied by a delivery challan, a copy of this Purchase Order reference number, and a quality certification signed by the lead Tailor.

5. Terms & Conditions

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Shree Ganesh Textile & Garments Pvt. Ltd. (Buyer) and Master Tailor & Custom Garments Studio (Vendor/Tailor) for the supply of custom-tailored garments and associated materials as specified herein.
The Tailor shall ensure that all garments are crafted to the exact measurements and specifications provided by the Buyer. Any deviation exceeding 2 mm in critical dimensions shall be considered a quality defect and must be rectified at the Tailor’s own cost.
Payment shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the Tailor’s designated bank account within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and successful quality inspection at the India Mumbai warehouse.
The Tailor warrants that all fabrics, threads, buttons, and accessories used in the production of garments under this Purchase Order shall be of premium grade, free from manufacturing defects, and compliant with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) requirements applicable in India Mumbai.
In the event of a delay in delivery beyond the stipulated 45-day window, the Tailor shall be liable to pay a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 5% of the total value.
The Buyer reserves the right to inspect any batch of garments at the Tailor’s workshop in India Mumbai prior to final delivery. The Tailor shall provide reasonable access and cooperation during such inspections.
All intellectual property, including the Buyer’s embroidered logo designs and pattern specifications, shall remain the exclusive property of Shree Ganesh Textile & Garments Pvt. Ltd. The Tailor shall not reproduce, share, or use these designs for any other client.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The Tailor shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all in-progress and finished goods stored at the workshop in India Mumbai until the point of delivery to the Buyer.
Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal modifications shall hold no legal validity.
