- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment (IDR 568,500,000) due within 7 business days of Purchase Order acceptance via bank transfer to the tailor's account at Bank Mandiri, Jakarta branch. The remaining 60% (IDR 852,750,000) shall be settled within 14 days after final delivery and acceptance of all tailored garments.
- Delivery Location: All completed tailor-made garments shall be delivered to PT Nusantara Garment Solutions, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 52-53, South Jakarta, Indonesia. Delivery shall be arranged by the tailor's logistics partner within the Greater Jakarta area.
- Quality Standards: The tailor shall ensure all garments meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. Each tailored piece must pass a three-stage quality inspection: fabric inspection, mid-construction check by the lead tailor, and final fitting. Any garment failing inspection must be re-tailored at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Measurement and Fitting: The Atelier Jakarta tailor team shall conduct individual body measurements for all 550 garments at the buyer's Jakarta office between 16 June and 27 June 2025. A minimum of two fitting sessions per garment are required before final delivery.
- Intellectual Property: All custom patterns, designs, and embroidery motifs developed specifically for this Purchase Order remain the property of PT Nusantara Garment Solutions. The tailor shall not reproduce or sell these designs to third parties in Indonesia or internationally.
- Compliance: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this tailoring contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the Jakarta International Arbitration Centre (JIAC) in South Jakarta.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government regulations in Indonesia, or other events beyond reasonable control, provided written notice is given within 48 hours of the event.
- Warranty: The tailor provides a 90-day warranty on all stitching, seams, and structural integrity of the tailored garments. Repairs within this period shall be performed free of charge at the Atelier Jakarta workshop in Kemang, South Jakarta.
