The tailor engaged under this Purchase Order shall adhere to the following quality standards. All garments must be constructed using traditional hand-finishing techniques consistent with the heritage tailoring practices long established in Israel Jerusalem. The tailor is required to conduct a minimum of two in-person fitting sessions per garment at the workshop on Jaffa Road, Jerusalem. Fabric samples must be approved in writing by the Purchasing Entity prior to cutting. All stitching must be executed at a minimum of 12 stitches per inch for structural seams and 8 stitches per inch for decorative elements. The tailor shall ensure that all garments meet the color and material specifications provided in Appendix A (attached separately) and that no visible defects, thread pulls, or misalignments exist upon final delivery.
All completed garments shall be delivered to the premises of Jerusalem Heritage Textiles Ltd. at 22 King George Street, Jerusalem, Israel, no later than 08 August 2025. The tailor is responsible for proper garment packaging, including acid-free tissue paper, breathable garment bags, and protective cardboard hangers. Delivery shall be arranged by the tailor’s own courier service operating within the Jerusalem metropolitan area. In the event of any delay attributable to the tailor’s workshop, a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay shall be deducted from the final payment, up to a maximum of 10%.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1980, and the applicable regulations of the Israel Standards Institution (SII) regarding textile and garment quality.
- The tailor warrants that all work performed under this Purchase Order shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final delivery in Jerusalem.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Jerusalem, Israel, before escalation to the competent district court in Jerusalem.
- The tailor shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ILS 1,000,000 for the duration of this engagement.
- Confidentiality: The tailor shall not disclose client measurements, design specifications, or any proprietary information related to this Purchase Order to any third party without prior written consent from Jerusalem Heritage Textiles Ltd.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by both parties. Verbal modifications are not binding.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather affecting the Jerusalem region, government-mandated closures, or civil unrest, shall excuse timely performance for the duration of such event, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
