1. Scope of Work: This Purchase Order authorizes the named Tailor, Atelier Meester Jansen, to perform all bespoke tailoring, alteration, and custom garment production services as described in the line items above. All work shall be executed at the Tailor's registered workshop located in Netherlands Amsterdam, Prinsengracht 887, in accordance with the highest standards of Dutch and European garment craftsmanship.

2. Quality Standards: The Tailor guarantees that all garments produced under this Purchase Order shall meet the quality specifications agreed upon during the initial fitting consultation. All hand-stitching, canvas work, and finishing details shall conform to the bespoke tailoring standards established by the Royal Dutch Tailors Association (Koninklijke Nederlandse Naaiers Vereniging). Any deviation from the agreed specifications must be reported to the purchaser within 48 hours of discovery.

3. Delivery and Location: All completed garments and items shall be delivered to the purchaser's premises at Herengracht 412, Netherlands Amsterdam, no later than 29 August 2025. The Tailor is responsible for all packaging, protective wrapping, and secure transportation within the Netherlands Amsterdam metropolitan area. Delivery shall be confirmed in writing via email prior to dispatch.

4. Payment Terms: Payment of the full Purchase Order amount of EUR 10,611.70 (inclusive of 21% VAT) shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of final delivery and written acceptance by the purchaser. Payment shall be transferred via SEPA bank transfer to the Tailor's designated account. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory Dutch rate of 8% per annum.

5. Fittings and Revisions: The Tailor shall schedule a minimum of two (2) fitting sessions for each bespoke garment listed in Items 01 and 02. The purchaser reserves the right to request one (1) additional revision fitting at no additional cost if the garment does not meet the agreed fit specifications after the second fitting. Any further alterations beyond this scope shall be subject to a separate written amendment to this Purchase Order.

6. Cancellation and Modification: This Purchase Order may be modified or cancelled in whole or in part only by mutual written agreement between both parties. In the event of cancellation after the Tailor has commenced cutting of fabric, the purchaser shall be liable for 50% of the material costs for the affected items. Cancellation prior to fabric cutting shall incur no penalty.

7. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality: All client measurements, design specifications, and personal information shared with the Tailor in connection with this Purchase Order shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Tailor shall not disclose any client data to third parties and shall maintain all measurement records in a secure manner in accordance with the Dutch GDPR implementation (UAVG).

8. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Netherlands Amsterdam.

9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures of the Tailor's workshop, or supply chain disruptions affecting fabric availability in the Netherlands Amsterdam region.
