Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is binding upon acceptance by the supplier and constitutes a formal procurement request from Adewale & Sons Tailor Workshop, Nigeria Lagos.
- Payment of 50% (NGN 3,527,269) shall be remitted via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within three (3) business days of Purchase Order acceptance. The remaining 50% shall be paid upon successful inspection and acceptance of all delivered goods at the Tailor workshop in Nigeria Lagos.
- The supplier guarantees that all fabrics, trims, and notions listed in this Purchase Order shall be of the quality and specification described. Any substitution without prior written approval from the Tailor workshop management is strictly prohibited.
- Delivery of all items under this Purchase Order must be completed no later than 28 June 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the Tailor workshop to cancel this Purchase Order and seek alternative suppliers within Nigeria Lagos without penalty.
- All goods are subject to inspection upon arrival at the Tailor workshop. The Tailor has a window of five (5) business days to report any discrepancies, damage, or quality issues. Claims must be submitted in writing to the supplier's Oshodi, Nigeria Lagos address.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
- The supplier acknowledges that the Tailor workshop in Nigeria Lagos operates on tight production schedules for client orders. Timely and accurate fulfilment of this Purchase Order is critical to the Tailor's business continuity and client relationships across Nigeria Lagos.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by both parties. Verbal modifications are not valid.
