- Timeline: The master tailor shall conduct initial measurement sessions for all 120 employees within 10 business days of this Purchase Order's acceptance. Intermediate fittings shall be scheduled at the tailor's workshop on Nikolskaya Street, Moscow. Final delivery of all items is due no later than 01 August 2025.
- Quality Assurance: Every garment produced under this Purchase Order must meet the quality specifications outlined in Annex A.
