- This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Corporate Garments LLC, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by the named Tailor, Master Tailor Ibrahim Al-Harbi, operating from Al-Harbi Bespoke Tailoring House, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- All garments and tailoring services referenced in this Purchase Order shall be produced in accordance with the specifications outlined above and in compliance with Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) requirements for textile products.
- The Tailor shall provide a minimum of three (3) fitting sessions per garment to ensure a precise, bespoke fit. Any additional fittings beyond the stated allowance shall be billed separately at SAR 50 per session.
- Delivery of all completed items shall be made to the Buyer's headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, no later than 15 July 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, capped at 10%.
- The Tailor warrants that all fabrics, threads, linings, and auxiliary materials used in the production of garments under this Purchase Order shall be of the grade and origin specified. Substitution of materials without prior written approval from the Buyer is strictly prohibited.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified above. The 50% advance payment is due within five (5) business days of the Tailor's written acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 50% balance shall be due within fourteen (14) days of final delivery and acceptance.
- All garments shall be subject to a final quality inspection by the Buyer's designated representative at the Tailor's workshop in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, prior to collection. Any item failing to meet the agreed specifications shall be reworked at the Tailor's own cost within five (5) business days.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The Tailor shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the Buyer's corporate identity, employee measurements, and any proprietary design elements incorporated into the garments produced under this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. If not accepted in writing by the Tailor within this period, the Purchase Order shall be considered void and may be reissued with revised terms.
