- Acceptance: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within five (5) business days from the date of issue. The Tailor, Al Safwa Master Tailor & Garment House, must confirm acceptance in writing via email or signed copy returned to the buyer's procurement office in Riyadh.
- Quality Standards: All garments and tailoring services must meet the quality specifications agreed upon during the initial fitting consultation. The Tailor guarantees a minimum of two (2) complimentary alteration sessions per item. Any defect in stitching, fabric, or finish discovered within thirty (30) days of delivery shall be remedied at no additional cost by the Tailor.
- Delivery: All items shall be delivered to the buyer's warehouse at King Fahd Road, Al Olaya, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Tailor is responsible for all packaging, labeling, and transportation within the Riyadh metropolitan area. Late delivery beyond the stated deadline shall incur a penalty of 1% of the total order value per day of delay.
- Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Tailor's designated account within thirty (30) days of receipt of the final invoice and satisfactory inspection of all delivered goods. The buyer reserves the right to withhold 10% of the total amount until all quality checks are completed.
- Intellectual Property & Design: All custom design patterns, embroidery motifs, and specifications provided by the buyer remain the exclusive property of Al Noor Corporate Attire Solutions LLC. The Tailor shall not reproduce, sell, or disclose these designs to any third party without written consent.
- Compliance: The Tailor certifies that all operations comply with the labor laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the regulation of working hours, worker welfare, and the use of certified materials. The Tailor's workshop in Riyadh holds a valid commercial license issued by the Riyadh Municipality.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Commercial Courts Law.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Tailor's ability to source materials in Saudi Arabia.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All communications regarding this order shall be conducted in Arabic and/or English.
