- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become a binding agreement upon written or electronic acceptance by the Tailor, Atelier Madrid Sastre & Confección, S.L., located in Madrid, Spain. Acceptance must be communicated within five (5) business days of the date of issue.
- Payment Schedule: The Buyer shall remit a deposit of 50% (EUR 2,280.85) within three (3) business days of the Tailor's acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 50% (EUR 2,280.85) shall be due upon the final fitting and approval of all garments at the Tailor's workshop in Madrid, Spain.

- Fittings: The Buyer agrees to attend all scheduled fitting appointments at the Tailor's atelier on Paseo de la Castellana 89, Madrid, Spain. Failure to attend a scheduled fitting without prior notice may result in a delay to the delivery date.
