The Tailor is responsible for all quality control inspections prior to delivery. Each garment must bear the Buyer's corporate label and the Tailor's quality certification tag. Delivery shall be made via the Tailor's own logistics or a mutually agreed courier service within the Ankara metropolitan area.

• Phase 1 (Items 01, 02, 05): Fittings to be conducted at the Tailor's workshop in Altındağ, Ankara between 20 June and 28 June 2025. Final delivery by 15 July 2025.
• Phase 2 (Items 03, 04): Fittings to be conducted between 25 June and 5 July 2025. Final delivery by 25 July 2025.
• Phase 3 (Item 06 – Alterations): All alteration work to be completed within 10 business days of the final fitting session.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, specifically the Turkish Code of Obligations (Türk Borçlar Kanunu) and applicable commercial regulations in Ankara.
2. The Tailor warrants that all fabrics and materials used in the production of garments under this Purchase Order shall be of the grade and origin specified in Section 3. Substitution of materials without prior written approval from the Buyer is strictly prohibited.
3. The Tailor in Turkey Ankara shall maintain a minimum production capacity of 50 garments per week to ensure timely completion. Any delay exceeding five (5) business days shall entitle the Buyer to a penalty of 1.5% of the affected order value per day of delay.
4. All garments must pass a three-point quality inspection: (a) fabric integrity and colorfastness, (b) stitching and seam alignment, and (c) final fit and finishing. The Tailor shall provide a written quality report for each batch.
5. The Buyer reserves the right to conduct unannounced inspections at the Tailor's workshop in Ankara during active production hours, with at least 24 hours' prior notice.
6. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Tailor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the final invoice and delivery confirmation. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate set by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey.
7. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to mediation in Ankara. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial courts in Ankara, Turkey.
8. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
9. The Tailor shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all materials and work-in-progress stored at the workshop premises in Ankara throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
10. Confidentiality: The Tailor shall not disclose the Buyer's corporate branding, design specifications, or employee measurements to any third party. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
