Terms & Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Kampala Tailor Supply Co. Ltd., a registered tailor and garment workshop operating in Kampala, Uganda, and constitutes a binding order for the supply of tailoring materials, equipment, and accessories as listed above.
- The supplier, East African Textile & Fabric Traders Ltd., shall deliver all items to the designated tailor workshop address in Kampala, Uganda, no later than 26 June 2025. Late delivery shall attract a penalty of 1% of the total order value per day of delay.
- All fabric and textile items must meet the quality standards required for professional tailoring work in Kampala. Any defective materials discovered within 14 days of delivery shall be replaced at the supplier's cost without additional charge to the tailor workshop.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) compliant documentation.
- The supplier warrants that all industrial sewing machines and tailor equipment supplied are new, carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty, and include a local service contact in Kampala, Uganda, for after-sales support.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from this order shall be resolved through the courts of Kampala, Uganda, or by mutual arbitration as agreed in writing by both parties.
- The supplier acknowledges that the items ordered are intended for use in a professional tailor operation serving clients across Kampala and the broader Central Region of Uganda, and agrees to provide any necessary product documentation or training for equipment items.
- Neither party may assign this Purchase Order to a third party without prior written consent. This document, once signed by both parties, supersedes all prior quotations, verbal agreements, or correspondence regarding this specific tailoring supply order.
