- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Westside Corporate Attire Group, LLC (hereinafter “Purchaser”) and Atelier Laurent & Sons Tailor (hereinafter “Tailor” or “Supplier”) for the provision of custom tailoring services, bespoke garment construction, and professional alteration work as itemized above.
- All garments and services described in this Purchase Order shall be executed by the Tailor at their licensed workshop located at 815 S. Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, California, United States, or at the Purchaser’s designated facility in Los Angeles as specified in Item 5.
- The Tailor warrants that all bespoke garments shall be constructed using premium-grade fabrics sourced from certified suppliers and shall meet the measurements and specifications confirmed during the initial fitting session. Any deviation from agreed-upon specifications must be reported to the Purchaser within 48 hours of discovery.
- Delivery of all completed garments and services shall be made no later than July 18, 2025, to the Purchaser’s address at 4720 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 900, Los Angeles, California 90036, United States. Late delivery beyond the stipulated date shall incur a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Payment shall be made via wire transfer to the Tailor’s designated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmed delivery of all line items. The Purchaser reserves the right to withhold payment for any garments that fail to meet the quality standards outlined in this Purchase Order.
- The Tailor shall maintain full liability insurance coverage of no less than $2,000,000 per occurrence for the duration of this Purchase Order and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request. All work performed in the United States, specifically within the jurisdiction of Los Angeles County, California, shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and municipal labor and safety regulations.
- Any modifications, additions, or cancellations to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements or email communications shall not constitute a valid amendment to this document.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation in Los Angeles, California, United States. Should mediation fail, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the seat of arbitration in Los Angeles, California.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the applicable federal laws of the United States. The Tailor acknowledges that all business operations related to this order are conducted within the United States, Los Angeles metropolitan area, and are subject to California Department of Consumer Affairs regulations.
- The Tailor shall provide the Purchaser with a detailed progress report every ten (10) business days from the date of this Purchase Order until final delivery, including photographs of in-progress garments and confirmation of fitting appointments.
