- This Purchase Order is issued by Harare Corporate Attire & Textiles (Pvt) Ltd and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by the named Tailor, Moyo & Sons Tailoring House (Pvt) Ltd, for the provision of bespoke tailoring services and textile materials as itemized above.
- All garments must be tailored to the individual measurements provided in the attached Schedule A (Client Measurement Sheets). The Tailor shall conduct a minimum of two fitting sessions per client at the Harare CBD workshop prior to final delivery.
- Delivery of all completed items shall be made to the buyer's warehouse at 142 Samora Machel Avenue, Harare, Zimbabwe, no later than 26 June 2025. Late delivery shall attract a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Tailor, via electronic funds transfer to the bank account specified above. The buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any items that fail the quality inspection standard.
- The Tailor warrants that all workmanship meets the standards of a master tailor in Zimbabwe and that all fabrics are genuine, free from defects, and sourced from approved suppliers. Any garment found to be defective within ninety (90) days of delivery shall be repaired or replaced at the Tailor's sole cost.
- All materials and finished goods remain the property of the buyer upon delivery. The Tailor shall not retain any patterns, measurements, or client data beyond the completion of this Purchase Order without written consent.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15] of Zimbabwe.
- The Tailor shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all materials in transit and in the workshop premises located in Harare throughout the duration of this order.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal instructions shall not constitute a valid modification to the scope of work.
