- This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Ministerio de Educación de la Provincia de Córdoba and is governed by the public procurement regulations of Argentina Córdoba (Ley de Contrataciones N° 10.104 and its amendments).
- All materials and equipment listed in this Purchase Order are exclusively for the Teacher Primary program, which encompasses the professional development, classroom resources, and technological infrastructure for primary-level educators across all 26 departments of Argentina Córdoba.
- The supplier shall ensure that all educational content, textbooks, and digital materials comply with the curriculum standards established by the Consejo Federal de Educación and the specific pedagogical framework of the Teacher Primary initiative in Argentina Córdoba.
- Delivery shall be made in at least three (3) consolidated shipments to the central warehouse in Alta Córdoba, with subsequent distribution to individual schools in urban and rural areas of Argentina Córdoba coordinated by the Dirección de Logística.
- A 5% quality guarantee is retained from the final payment until a 90-day inspection period has elapsed following full delivery. Any defective items related to the Teacher Primary program materials must be replaced within 15 business days at the supplier's expense.
- Payment shall be processed via transfer to the supplier's designated bank account in Argentina Córdoba, subject to the presentation of valid fiscal invoices (Factura A) and the corresponding delivery notes (Remito de Mercancías).
- The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order supports the strategic objective of the Province of Argentina Córdoba to modernize primary education through the Teacher Primary framework, ensuring equitable access to quality learning resources for all students regardless of geographic location within the province.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements regarding the Teacher Primary program scope or delivery in Argentina Córdoba shall not be binding.
- The supplier shall maintain all intellectual property rights in the Teacher Primary materials while granting the Province of Argentina Córdoba a perpetual, non-exclusive license to reproduce and distribute such materials for educational purposes within the provincial school system.
- This Purchase Order becomes null and void if not accepted in writing by the supplier within ten (10) business days of the issue date.
