4.1 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in two installments. The first installment of 50% (EGP 2,485,755.00) shall be due within 15 business days of the issuance of this Purchase Order. The second installment of 50% (EGP 2,485,755.00) shall be due within 30 days following successful delivery, inspection, and written acceptance by the Teacher Primary Coordination Office in Alexandria, Egypt.
4.2 Delivery Terms: All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Alexandria Education Complex address specified in Section 2. The vendor is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and installation costs within the Alexandria Governorate. Delivery must be completed no later than 6 July 2025 to align with the Egyptian primary school academic calendar preparation period.
4.3 Quality Assurance: All educational materials, particularly those designated for Teacher Primary use, must bear the official approval stamp of the Egyptian Ministry of Education. Any item found defective or non-compliant upon inspection shall be replaced at the vendor's sole expense within 10 business days.
4.4 Warranty: Electronic equipment (interactive whiteboards, projectors) shall carry a minimum 3-year manufacturer warranty. All other items shall carry a 1-year replacement warranty. Warranty service must be available within Alexandria, Egypt, or the nearest major city.
4.5 Cancellation: This Purchase Order may be cancelled in whole or in part by the Alexandria Education Directorate with 14 days' written notice. In the event of cancellation, the vendor shall be compensated only for materials already procured and non-returnable.
4.6 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Alexandria, Egypt.
NOTE: This Purchase Order is issued exclusively to support the Teacher Primary workforce in Alexandria, Egypt. All procured items are allocated to public primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Alexandria Governorate Education Directorate. The vendor acknowledges that these materials are intended for the direct benefit of primary-level students and their Teacher Primary instructors. Any diversion of these materials outside the designated Alexandria school network constitutes a breach of this Purchase Order.Prepared By:
