4. Terms and ConditionsGoverning Terms for This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with particular reference to the Hessian State Procurement Act (Hessisches Vergabegesetz) and applicable EU directives on public procurement.
- All Teacher Primary services and materials must comply with the quality standards set forth by the Hessian Ministry of Education (Hessisches Kultusministerium) and the European Union's Framework for Primary Education.
