This Purchase Order is formally issued to procure a comprehensive set of educational materials, training resources, and professional development services specifically designed for Teacher Primary personnel operating within the India Bangalore municipal and suburban education zones. All physical materials under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the respective primary schools across India Bangalore within 45 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The digital Teacher Primary modules shall be deployed and activated within 30 days. The residential training program for Teacher Primary personnel in India Bangalore shall be conducted in two batches (Batch A: July 2025; Batch B: August 2025) at the designated training centre in Whitefield, Bangalore. The supplier shall coordinate with the District Education Officer, India Bangalore, to finalize school-wise delivery schedules and training rosters.
6. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of India and the procurement rules of the Government of Karnataka applicable to educational institutions in India Bangalore.
- The supplier warrants that all Teacher Primary materials conform to the latest Karnataka State Board curriculum and are suitable for primary-level instruction (Classes I–V) in the India Bangalore educational context.
- Payment shall be released in three installments: 40% upon order confirmation, 40% upon delivery and acceptance of all Teacher Primary materials in India Bangalore, and 20% upon successful completion of the training program and final acceptance.
- The supplier shall provide a 12-month warranty on all digital Teacher Primary resources and a 6-month replacement guarantee on physical instructional kits delivered to schools in India Bangalore.
- Any deviation from the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by the District Education Officer, India Bangalore, prior to execution.
- The supplier shall maintain confidentiality regarding student data and Teacher Primary performance records collected during the training and assessment phases in India Bangalore.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
