- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Comune di Napoli and EduNapoli Servizi Scolastici S.r.l. upon signature by both authorized representatives. All terms are governed by Italian civil law (Codice Civile) and applicable public procurement regulations (D.Lgs. 36/2023 — Codice dei Contratti Pubblici).
- All goods and services described in this Purchase Order are exclusively for the use of the Teacher Primary staff and students of the Scuola Primaria "G. Leopardi" in Naples. Redistribution or transfer to any other institution outside the Italy Naples municipal jurisdiction is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Buyer.
- Delivery of all physical goods must be completed no later than 30 August 2025 at the designated school address in Naples. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and installation costs within the city of Naples. Any delay beyond the stipulated date will incur a penalty of 0.5% of the affected line item value per calendar day of delay.
