2. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THIS PURCHASE ORDERThis Purchase Order is issued by the Comune di Roma, Assessorato alla Pubblica Istruzione, for the procurement of comprehensive educational materials, professional development services, and classroom resources specifically designed for Teacher Primary personnel operating within the municipal primary school network of Rome, Italy. All physical goods referenced in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated primary school locations throughout Rome, Italy, no later than 30 September 2025, in preparation for the 2025/2026 academic year. The digital platform licences for Teacher Primary personnel shall be activated and accessible to all registered users by 15 September 2025. The in-service training programme for Teacher Primary staff in Italy Rome shall commence on 1 October 2025 and conclude by 30 June 2026, with sessions scheduled during non-teaching periods to minimise disruption to primary school operations. The supplier shall coordinate all delivery logistics with the Comune di Roma's logistics office located at Piazza Navona 46, Rome, Italy, and shall provide a detailed delivery schedule at least 15 business days prior to the first delivery date.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic, with jurisdiction vested in the Tribunale di Roma, Italy. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order relating to Teacher Primary educational services in Rome, Italy shall be resolved under Italian civil and commercial law.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) within 60 days of receipt of a valid invoice (fattura elettronica) compliant with Italian electronic invoicing regulations (SdI – Sistema di Interscambio). The supplier shall issue invoices referencing this Purchase Order number (IT-ROME-TP-2025-0047) and the applicable CIG/CUP codes assigned by the Comune di Roma.
