- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education." All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Almaty City, Kazakhstan.
- Delivery & Commencement: The Teacher Primary shall commence duties no later than 1 September 2025 at the designated school in Almaty. All physical materials listed in Section 3 shall be delivered to the school premises in Almaty no later than 25 August 2025.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the account of EduStaff Kazakhstan LLP. The first payment is due within 10 business days of the commencement date. All payments are denominated in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and processed through the Almaty municipal treasury system.
- Qualification Requirements: The Teacher Primary must hold a valid pedagogical degree recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, a current teaching license for primary education (grades 1–4), and demonstrate proficiency in both Kazakh and Russian languages at a minimum B2 level as assessed by the Almaty City Education Board.
