- This Purchase Order is issued by the Ministry of Education, Republic of Kuwait, for the procurement of Teacher Primary educational materials, training services, and professional development programs to be delivered and utilized in Kuwait, Kuwait City. The supplier acknowledges and accepts all terms stated herein.
- All Teacher Primary materials must comply with the Kuwait national curriculum standards and the guidelines set forth by the Primary Education Division. Any deviation from approved specifications must be submitted in writing for prior approval by the Ministry of Education, Kuwait City office.
- Delivery of all physical goods (items 1, 2, 5, and 6) shall be made to the Ministry of Education Headquarters, Al-Salimiyah, Kuwait City, Kuwait, during business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM). The supplier bears all transportation and insurance costs until goods are received and inspected at the Kuwait City warehouse.
- Training services (items 3, 4, and 7) shall be conducted at venues designated by the Ministry of Education in Kuwait City. The supplier is responsible for providing qualified facilitators with proven experience in Teacher Primary education contexts within the Gulf region.
- Payment shall be made within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery/acceptance of goods or completion of services. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the account specified in the supplier information section of this Purchase Order.
- The supplier warrants that all Teacher Primary materials are free from defects, are of the highest quality, and are fit for the purpose of primary education delivery in Kuwait. A warranty period of twelve (12) months applies to all physical goods from the date of delivery in Kuwait City.
- Intellectual property rights for all Teacher Primary content, curricula, and digital platforms remain with the original authors or licensors. The Ministry of Education, Kuwait City, is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal educational use within public primary schools in Kuwait.
- Any changes, amendments, or modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not binding. The Purchase Order number PO-KW-2025-TP-04872 shall remain the reference for all related correspondence.
- The supplier shall maintain full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait, including labor laws, data protection regulations, and educational standards. Failure to comply may result in termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Ministry.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait City, Kuwait, in accordance with Kuwaiti law.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. If the supplier does not confirm acceptance in writing within fourteen (14) days, this Purchase Order shall be considered void and may be reissued to another qualified vendor.
