Terms and Conditions
- All items listed in this Purchase Order are exclusively designated for the use of Teacher Primary personnel operating within the public primary school network of Casablanca, Morocco. Redistribution to secondary or tertiary institutions is strictly prohibited.
- The supplier, Atlas Educational Supplies SARL, shall deliver all goods to the central warehouse located at 45 Boulevard Mohammed V, Casablanca, no later than 30 August 2025, in preparation for the 2025–2026 academic year.
- Each Teacher Primary recipient shall sign a material acknowledgment form upon collection of their allocated supplies from the regional distribution center in Casablanca.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 45 calendar days of receipt of a valid commercial invoice, in accordance with Moroccan public procurement regulations (Law 69-12).
- All educational materials must comply with the quality standards set by the Moroccan Ministry of National Education and must bear the official Teacher Primary curriculum approval seal.
- The supplier guarantees a minimum 12-month warranty on all electronic equipment (projectors, screens) and a 6-month warranty on all consumable educational supplies.
- In the event of non-conforming goods, the supplier shall replace defective items within 10 business days at no additional cost to the buyer.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Casablanca.
- The Teacher Primary Coordination Office in Casablanca reserves the right to inspect all delivered materials prior to acceptance and to reject any items that do not meet the specified curriculum requirements.
