This Purchase Order is issued by the Kathmandu Valley Primary Education Board to procure essential teaching materials, classroom equipment, and professional development resources specifically designated for Teacher Primary personnel operating across all government-affiliated primary schools in the Nepal Kathmandu metropolitan region. All goods and services referenced in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated Teacher Primary resource warehouses located in Baneshwor and Patan, Nepal Kathmandu, within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier shall bear all transportation, insurance, and handling costs up to the point of delivery in Kathmandu. Delivery shall be made in accordance with the Nepal Kathmandu municipal transport regulations and the load-bearing restrictions applicable to the Baneshwor and Patan distribution centers. Partial deliveries are permitted provided that each shipment is accompanied by a detailed packing list and a copy of this Purchase Order for verification purposes.
6. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal and the Government Procurement Act of Nepal (2064/2007). Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- The supplier warrants that all Teacher Primary materials conform to the quality standards set by the Nepal Kathmandu Education Quality Assurance Council. Any defective items shall be replaced within fourteen (14) days at the supplier's sole expense.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Kathmandu within thirty (30) days of receipt and acceptance of all Teacher Primary goods and services listed in this Purchase Order.
- The supplier shall maintain a minimum of twelve (12) months warranty on all electronic equipment (items 02, 06, and 07) for Teacher Primary classroom use in Nepal Kathmandu schools.
- Any modification or amendment to this Purchase Order must be executed in writing and signed by both the Kathmandu Valley Primary Education Board and the supplier. Verbal agreements are not binding.
- The supplier shall comply with all applicable labor laws of Nepal, including fair wages and working conditions for personnel involved in the preparation and delivery of Teacher Primary supplies.
- This Purchase Order does not constitute a long-term contract. Each subsequent procurement cycle for Teacher Primary resources in Nepal Kathmandu shall require a new Purchase Order and competitive bidding process as mandated by the Ministry of Education.
- The supplier shall provide a comprehensive training session for Teacher Primary staff in Kathmandu on the proper use of all electronic and digital equipment delivered under this Purchase Order, at no additional cost.
This Purchase Order for Teacher Primary educational resources in Nepal Kathmandu is hereby authorized and approved by the undersigned officials of the Kathmandu Valley Primary Education Board. The supplier acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to fulfill all obligations as stated herein.
