- Delivery: All items under this Purchase Order must be delivered to the receiving address in New Zealand Auckland no later than 28 June 2025. The delivery must be made to the main office of Auckland Central Primary School, Ponsonby, Auckland, New Zealand. The Teacher Primary, Ms. Sarah Whitfield, will be the designated recipient for classroom-specific items.
- Payment Terms: Payment of the total amount of NZD 4,058.01 (inclusive of 15% New Zealand GST) shall be made within 30 days of the date of this Purchase Order via bank transfer to the supplier's nominated account. The remittance reference shall be PO-AKL-2025-00472.
- Quality Assurance: All educational materials must comply with the New Zealand Curriculum standards for primary education. The Teacher Primary reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods upon receipt and reject any items that do not meet the specified quality or curriculum alignment requirements.
- Warranty: The supplier warrants that all goods supplied under this Purchase Order are new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum 12-month warranty applies to all electronic and software items. The Teacher Primary in New Zealand Auckland shall notify the supplier of any defects within 14 days of delivery.
- Cancellation: This Purchase Order may be cancelled in whole or in part by the Buyer with 7 days' written notice prior to the delivery date. No cancellation fees shall apply for cancellations made within this period.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
- Compliance: The supplier confirms that all products are sourced and manufactured in compliance with New Zealand consumer law, including the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. All materials intended for primary school children in New Zealand Auckland must meet relevant safety standards.
- Intellectual Property: All curriculum-aligned materials supplied under this Purchase Order for the Teacher Primary shall be licensed for classroom use within New Zealand Auckland public and state-integrated schools for the 2025 academic year.
