Note: All Teacher Primary materials must be delivered to the AEDA Distribution Centre, Wuse II, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria. The supplier is responsible for all logistics, packaging, and insurance of goods in transit to Nigeria Abuja. Digital licenses must be activated and made accessible to all designated Teacher Primary recipients within 14 business days of delivery confirmation.

Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order

  1. This Purchase Order is issued by the Abuja Education Development Authority (AEDA) under the authority of the Federal Ministry of Education, Nigeria, and constitutes a binding contract upon acceptance by the supplier.
  2. All Teacher Primary materials listed in this Purchase Order must conform to the Nigerian National Curriculum for Primary Education (2024 Revised Edition) as approved by the National Board for Educational Standards and Quality (NBESQ).
  3. Delivery of all physical Teacher Primary items shall be completed no later than 15 August 2025 at the designated receiving facility in Nigeria Abuja. Late delivery shall attract a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
  4. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery of all Teacher Primary items. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account.
  5. The supplier warrants that all Teacher Primary materials are free from defects, are of the highest quality, and are suitable for use in primary school classrooms across Nigeria Abuja and the Federal Capital Territory.
  6. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, with the seat of arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria.
  7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The supplier acknowledges that all transactions are subject to the Public Procurement Act 2007 and the Financial Regulations of the Federation.
  8. The supplier shall maintain full records of all Teacher Primary materials supplied and shall make them available for audit by the AEDA Internal Audit Unit or the Office of the Auditor-General of the Federation upon reasonable notice.
  9. Intellectual property rights for all Teacher Primary digital content and software licensed under this Purchase Order remain with the respective copyright holders. AEDA and its designated Teacher Primary recipients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for educational use within Nigeria Abuja and the FCT.
  10. This Purchase Order may be amended only by written agreement signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be valid or enforceable.
