- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. The supplier, Lagos Educational Supplies & Resources Ltd., must confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days.
- All goods must be delivered to the specified location in Nigeria Lagos, Yaba, in their original packaging and in full working condition. Any damaged or defective items will be rejected at the point of delivery by the Teacher Primary or the designated school representative.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of successful delivery and inspection of all items listed in this Purchase Order. The Teacher Primary will sign the delivery receipt upon satisfactory inspection.
- The supplier warrants that all textbooks, workbooks, and educational materials are genuine, up-to-date, and approved for use in primary schools across Nigeria Lagos by the relevant educational authorities.
- In the event of non-delivery or partial delivery beyond the stated deadline, the supplier shall be liable for a penalty of 2% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 15%.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the procurement regulations of the Lagos State Government. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
- The Teacher Primary reserves the right to request substitutions for any item that is unavailable, provided the substitute meets or exceeds the quality and curriculum standards specified in this document.
- All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. No additional charges shall be levied beyond those specified in this Purchase Order.
