All Teacher Primary recruitment and onboarding activities shall be completed no later than 31 July 2025, ensuring that all primary school classrooms in Qatar Doha are fully staffed before the commencement of the 2025/2026 academic term on 1 September 2025. Professional development training shall be conducted during the August 2025 pre-term period at the designated training facilities in Education City, Doha. Classroom resource kits and digital platform licenses must be delivered and installed in all 30 primary schools by 25 August 2025. The mentoring and coaching engagement shall commence on 1 September 2025 and continue through 30 June 2026.
6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS6.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and the Qatar Public Procurement Law. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to Teacher Primary services shall be resolved through the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
6.2 The supplier shall ensure that all Teacher Primary candidates meet the minimum qualifications as defined by the Ministry: a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area, a valid Qatari teaching license, and a minimum of two (2) years of prior primary education experience.
6.3 Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of recruitment and training delivery, and 30% upon successful completion of the first semester of the mentoring engagement. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 2.
6.4 The supplier warrants that all Teacher Primary personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall undergo background checks, medical examinations, and visa sponsorship in accordance with Qatari labor and immigration regulations applicable in Doha.
6.5 The supplier shall maintain a dedicated project manager in Doha, Qatar, who shall serve as the single point of contact for all matters relating to this Purchase Order and the Teacher Primary program.
6.6 Any modifications to the scope, quantities, or timelines of this Purchase Order must be submitted in writing and approved by the Director of Primary Education before implementation.
6.7 The supplier shall provide monthly progress reports to the Ministry detailing the status of Teacher Primary recruitment, training completion rates, resource delivery, and mentoring activities across all schools in Qatar Doha.
