- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Commercial Transactions Law. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- All goods and services procured under this Purchase Order for Teacher Primary personnel must meet the quality standards set by the Saudi Ministry of Education and the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).
- Delivery of all physical items shall be completed no later than 30 August 2025 to the designated schools and facilities within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The supplier shall bear all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance costs up to the delivery point (DDP Riyadh).
- The professional development training program for Teacher Primary educators shall be conducted at the RPEA Training Center in Al Olaya District, Riyadh, over a period of eight (8) consecutive weeks commencing 1 September 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Saudi Riyal (SAR) within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery and installation of all items listed in this Purchase Order.
- The supplier warrants that all educational materials, software, and hardware supplied under this Purchase Order are free from defects, fully licensed, and compliant with all applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia, including data protection requirements under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
- A warranty period of no less than two (2) years shall apply to all hardware items. Software licenses shall include a minimum of two (2) years of technical support and updates at no additional cost.
- The supplier shall provide a comprehensive installation, configuration, and initial training service for all Teacher Primary staff at each school location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia prior to the start of the academic year.
- Any modifications, cancellations, or amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements shall hold no legal validity.
- The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding all student data, school operational information, and internal procedures of the Riyadh Primary Education Authority. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action.
- All documentation, user manuals, and training materials shall be provided in both Arabic and English to ensure accessibility for all Teacher Primary staff in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Delivery of all items under this Purchase Order shall be made to the addresses specified in Section 4. The Riyadh Primary Education Authority shall have a period of ten (10) business days from the date of delivery to inspect and accept or reject the goods. Rejected items must be replaced or repaired by the supplier within fifteen (15) business days at the supplier's sole expense. Acceptance shall be confirmed in writing by the designated RPEA procurement officer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
