- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Government Procurement Guidelines of Singapore Singapore and is binding upon acceptance by the Supplier. All services and materials described herein are specifically designated for the Teacher Primary workforce of primary schools operating within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore.
- The Supplier shall ensure that all Teacher Primary candidates placed under this Purchase Order hold a valid Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant discipline, possess a valid Singapore Singapore teaching licence issued by the Singapore Singapore Ministry of Education, and have completed the mandatory Teacher Primary pre-service training programme.
- Delivery and onboarding of all Teacher Primary personnel shall be completed no later than 30 July 2025 to align with the commencement of the 2025/2026 academic term in Singapore Singapore. Any delays must be communicated in writing to the Buyer at least 14 calendar days prior to the required delivery date.
- Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Supplier's designated bank account within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery of all Teacher Primary services and materials as specified in this Purchase Order.
- The Supplier warrants that all Teacher Primary placements are subject to a 90-day performance probation period. Should any Teacher Primary candidate fail to meet the minimum competency standards set by the Singapore Singapore Primary Education Division, the Supplier shall provide a replacement at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- All personal data collected during the recruitment and onboarding of Teacher Primary candidates shall be handled in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore Singapore. The Supplier shall execute a Data Processing Agreement prior to commencing any data collection activities.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- The Supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 2,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications shall not be valid or enforceable under the laws of Singapore Singapore.
