TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Delivery & Performance: All goods and services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered and performed within the Seoul metropolitan area, South Korea, no later than August 15, 2025, to ensure readiness for the 2025–2026 academic year. The Teacher Primary professional development workshops (Item 01) shall commence no later than July 1, 2025.
  2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of 75% of all deliverables, and 20% upon final acceptance and certification by the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Seoul, South Korea, in Korean Won (KRW).
  3. Quality Standards: All Teacher Primary materials and services must comply with the Korean Ministry of Education's national curriculum standards (2025 revised edition) and the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education's quality assurance guidelines. The supplier warrants that all instructional content is culturally appropriate for the Seoul, South Korea educational context.
  4.
