  1. Delivery Location: All goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated primary school sites within Khartoum, Omdurman, and Khartoum North, as per the Teacher Primary Programme distribution schedule issued by the Primary Education Directorate. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, handling, and installation within the Sudan Khartoum metropolitan area.
  2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three instalments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 50% upon delivery and inspection of all items, and 20% upon successful completion of the Teacher Primary teacher training cycle in which the supplied materials are first utilised. All payments shall be processed through the Bank of Khartoum in Sudanese Pounds (SDG).
  3. Quality Assurance: All educational materials must conform to the curriculum standards set by the Sudan Khartoum Education Authority. The Teacher Primary Programme Office reserves the right to reject any items that do not meet the specified quality benchmarks. Rejected items must be replaced within fourteen (14) calendar days at the supplier's sole expense.
  4. Warranty: The supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all electronic equipment (interactive whiteboards, projectors) and a one-year warranty on all furniture items. The warranty is valid throughout the Republic of Sudan, with priority service coverage in Khartoum.
  5. Compliance: This Purchase Order is subject to the Sudanese Public Procurement Act, the Khartoum State Education Regulations, and the Teacher Primary Programme Implementation Guidelines (2025). Any breach of these regulations shall render this Purchase Order void at the discretion of the Ministry of Education.
  6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions within Sudan Khartoum. Affected parties must notify the other in writing within five (5) business days.
  7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Khartoum Commercial Arbitration Centre in accordance with Sudanese law. The jurisdiction of the courts of Khartoum, Sudan, shall be exclusive.
Note: This Purchase Order is part of the broader Teacher Primary national initiative launched by the Ministry of Education to standardise and elevate primary education quality across all states of Sudan. The Khartoum allocation represents the first phase of a three-year rollout. All suppliers must ensure that materials are culturally appropriate, linguistically accessible (Arabic-primary with English supplementary), and aligned with the 2024–2028 Khartoum Primary Curriculum Framework.
