- Compliance with United Kingdom Legislation: All Teacher Primary personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall hold valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) as recognised by the Department for Education, United Kingdom. All candidates shall undergo enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks in accordance with the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006, applicable within Manchester, United Kingdom.
- Placement and Deployment: The Supplier shall ensure that all Teacher Primary staff are deployed to their designated primary schools across Manchester, United Kingdom, no later than 25 August 2025, to permit a minimum of five (5) working days of induction prior to the commencement of the academic term on 1 September 2025.
- Quality Assurance: The Manchester Metropolitan Educational Authority reserves the right to conduct termly performance reviews of all Teacher Primary staff.
