This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement and placement of qualified Teacher Primary personnel for the 2025–2026 academic year within the Miami-Dade County Public Schools district, located in the United States Miami metropolitan area. 6.3 Qualification Requirements: Every Teacher Primary candidate must possess a current Florida Elementary Education certification (Grades K–6), pass a Level 2 background check as mandated by Florida Statute 1012.32, and complete the district's mandatory anti-bias and student safety training prior to the first day of instruction in the United States Miami school district.

6.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
