- All physical goods under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated primary school locations within the Tashkent city limits, Uzbekistan, no later than 30 August 2025.
- Delivery addresses for each Teacher Primary school site will be provided in a supplementary annex to this Purchase Order, issued by the Tashkent Regional Education Directorate.
- The Supplier shall bear all costs associated with transportation, customs clearance (if applicable for imported components), insurance, and last-mile delivery within Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- Installation of interactive whiteboards and calibration of all digital systems must be completed within 14 calendar days of physical delivery, with on-site supervision by a Teacher Primary representative from each receiving school.
- All training workshops (Item 04) shall be conducted at the Tashkent Pedagogical Academy, 15 Universitet Street, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, during the months of July and August 2025.
- 30% advance payment upon written acceptance of this Purchase Order by both parties.
- 50% upon confirmed delivery and installation of all hardware and software items in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- 20% upon successful completion of the Teacher Primary in-service training program and final acceptance inspection by the Ministry of Education, Tashkent Region.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in accordance with the Central Bank of Uzbekistan foreign exchange regulations. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-UZ-TK-2025-04782).
