- This Purchase Order is issued by the Escuela Primaria Bolivariana "Simón Bolívar" located in Caracas, Venezuela, and governs the engagement of the named Teacher Primary for the 2025 academic year. All services shall be rendered within the premises of the school in the Chacao municipality, Caracas, Venezuela.
- The Teacher Primary shall comply with all regulations established by the Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, including but not limited to the Ley Orgánica de Educación and the corresponding curriculum guidelines for primary education.
- Payment shall be processed monthly via bank transfer to the account designated by the Teacher Primary. In the event of currency fluctuation, the Bolívar equivalent shall be calculated using the official exchange rate published by the Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV) on the date of payment.
- The Teacher Primary is required to maintain valid professional certification and a clean criminal background check (antecedentes penales) as mandated by Venezuelan educational law. Failure to maintain these credentials shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
- All educational materials, student records, and institutional documents produced under this Purchase Order shall remain the property of the school in Caracas, Venezuela, and shall be returned upon termination of the contract.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between the school administration and the Teacher Primary. Any modifications must be documented in a formal addendum signed by both parties.
- In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated school closures in Caracas, Venezuela, either party may suspend obligations without penalty, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the Venezuelan Civil Code. If mediation fails, the competent courts of the Circunscripción Judicial del Distrito Capital y Estado Miranda shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- The Teacher Primary shall adhere to the school's code of conduct, dress code, and safety protocols. All activities shall be conducted in a manner that upholds the dignity and educational welfare of primary-level students in Caracas, Venezuela.
- This Purchase Order is valid for the duration of the 2025 academic year and shall automatically expire on December 20, 2025, unless renewed in writing by both parties no later than November 15, 2025.
