- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the specific procurement regulations of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. All disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- The vendor shall deliver all Teacher Primary items to the designated warehouse located in District 3, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, within the delivery dates specified in the line items above. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, capped at 10%.
- All Teacher Primary educational materials must comply with the curriculum standards set by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam and must be approved by the Teacher Primary Quality Assurance Committee in Ho Chi Minh City prior to delivery.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's account within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmed delivery of all Teacher Primary goods and services. The vendor must provide a VAT invoice compliant with Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City tax authority requirements.
