- All goods and services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated secondary education facilities within the Province of Córdoba, Argentina, as specified in the attached delivery schedule. The Seller acknowledges that all items are procured for the exclusive benefit of Teacher Secondary personnel and their students.
- Payment shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via electronic bank transfer within thirty (30) calendar days of verified receipt and acceptance of goods or completion of services. The Buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any items that do not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
- The Seller warrants that all educational materials, software, and hardware are new, free from defects, and fully compliant with the Argentine national standards (IRAM) and the specific regulatory requirements of the Consejo General de Educación de Córdoba for secondary-level institutions.
- A minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months applies to all hardware items. Software licenses shall remain valid for the full three-year subscription term. The Seller shall provide technical support for Teacher Secondary users throughout the warranty period.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina, and the national public procurement regulations (Ley 27.437 and provincial equivalents). Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Córdoba Capital.
