- All Teacher Secondary personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid NSW Accreditation as a Secondary Teacher issued by the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) and must be registered with the relevant professional teaching body in Australia Sydney.
- The supplier, Harbour Education Recruitment & Staffing Pty Ltd, warrants that all Teacher Secondary candidates placed under this Purchase Order will have undergone comprehensive background checks, including National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (WWCC) as mandated for Australia Sydney educational institutions.
- Commencement of all Teacher Secondary engagements is scheduled for 3 February 2025, aligning with the Australian Sydney school term calendar. Any delays in placement exceeding five (5) business days will incur a penalty of 0.5% of the affected line-item value per day.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (SYD-SEC-2025-04872) and be submitted to the Procurement Division, Sydney Metropolitan Secondary Education Authority, Australia Sydney.
- The supplier shall maintain all statutory employer obligations, including superannuation contributions, workers' compensation insurance, and adherence to the NSW Education Industry Award, for every Teacher Secondary engaged under this Purchase Order in Australia Sydney.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or performance of this Purchase Order relating to Teacher Secondary services in Australia Sydney shall be resolved through mediation under the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) procedures before escalation to litigation.
