Textbooks and digital content must be approved by the Conselho Estadual de Educação do Rio de Janeiro and aligned with the Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) for secondary education. The Teacher Secondary program requires that all instructional content be available in Brazilian Portuguese, with supplementary materials in English where applicable.

5. Warranty and Support: The supplier guarantees a minimum three (3) year warranty on all hardware items. Software licenses (Items 04 and 06) include one (1) year of technical support and updates. 6. Cancellation and Penalties: In the event of non-compliance with delivery timelines, the supplier shall be subject to a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%. 7.
