- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to Teacher Secondary procurement in Canada Toronto shall be resolved through arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
- Delivery: All physical goods and materials specified in this Purchase Order for the Teacher Secondary program must be delivered to the Toronto District School Board central warehouse located at 789 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, no later than August 25, 2025. Digital licenses and software access must be activated no later than August 15, 2025.
- Payment: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Seller.
