- Scope of Work: The vendor shall supply, deliver, install, and commission all items listed in this Purchase Order exclusively for the Teacher Secondary program facilities located in Egypt Alexandria. All equipment must be new, unused, and carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of three (3) years.
- Delivery: All deliveries shall be made to the Alexandria Secondary Teachers Training Center at the address specified above. The vendor is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance (if applicable) within the Alexandria Governorate. Delivery windows are non-negotiable due to the fixed academic calendar of the Teacher Secondary program in Egypt Alexandria.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 50% upon verified delivery and installation of all physical goods, and 20% upon successful completion of a 30-day performance warranty period. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's registered account in Egypt Alexandria.
- Quality Assurance: All Teacher Secondary curriculum materials must be pre-approved by the Alexandria Regional Curriculum Committee. Digital hardware must pass a 72-hour stress test upon arrival before acceptance. Non-conforming items will be rejected at the vendor's expense.
