All hardware items listed under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated secondary school sites within the France Marseille metropolitan area no later than 01 September 2025, in preparation for the commencement of the 2025–2026 academic year. The supplier, ProEdu Solutions SARL, is responsible for all logistics, including transport, unloading, and initial setup at each Teacher Secondary institution. Delivery schedules must be coordinated with the individual school principals and the Académie's logistics office located at 13001 Marseille.
Professional development workshops and the mentoring program shall be conducted at the Centre de Formation des Enseignants in Marseille (13008) and at satellite venues in the northern and southern sectors of the city. All Teacher Secondary participants must complete a minimum of 80% of the prescribed training hours to receive their certification of completion.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Académie d'Aix-Marseille and ProEdu Solutions SARL upon countersignature by both parties. All terms are governed by French public procurement law (Code de la commande publique, 2016, as amended).
- Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 50% upon verified delivery and installation of all hardware in the France Marseille service area, and 20% upon successful completion of the Teacher Secondary professional development cycle and final acceptance report.
- The supplier warrants that all hardware items are new, free from defects, and compliant with EU safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards. A minimum 36-month warranty is included for all electronic equipment.
- Any modification to the scope, quantities, or delivery schedule of this Purchase Order must be submitted in writing and approved by the Direction des Ressources Humaines, Marseille, prior to execution.
- The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for all personnel and equipment during the duration of the contract, with a minimum liability of 5,000,000 EUR.
- Confidentiality: All data pertaining to individual Teacher Secondary personnel, student records, and institutional performance metrics shall be handled in strict accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
