This Purchase Order is issued by the Baghdad Directorate of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, Republic of Iraq, to procure the services and associated materials necessary for the deployment, training, and ongoing support of Teacher Secondary personnel across all public secondary schools in Iraq Baghdad. 3.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq and the Iraqi Public Procurement Law No. 22 of 2013, as amended. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Baghdad, Iraq.
3.2 The Supplier shall ensure that all Teacher Secondary personnel recruited under this Purchase Order hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in their respective subject area from an accredited Iraqi university, along with a valid teaching license issued by the Ministry of Education, Republic of Iraq.
3.3 All Teacher Secondary staff shall be assigned to secondary schools within the Baghdad Governorate, including but not limited to the districts of Al-Rusafa, Al-Karrada, Al-Mansour, Al-Doura, Al-Yusufiya, and Al-Mansour. The Supplier shall coordinate with the Baghdad Directorate of Secondary Education for specific school placements.
3.4 Payment shall be made in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for the preceding month's services rendered. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 2% per month.
3.5 The Supplier shall provide a comprehensive monthly report to the Baghdad Directorate of Secondary Education detailing Teacher Secondary attendance, student performance metrics, training completion rates, and any operational issues encountered in the field.
3.6 This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall ensure a smooth transition of all Teacher Secondary personnel to the Ministry's direct employment or to an alternative service provider.
3.7 The Supplier shall comply with all Iraqi labor laws, including but not limited to the Labor Law No. 37 of 2015, and shall provide all Teacher Secondary personnel with appropriate social insurance coverage as mandated by Iraqi law.
3.8 All instructional materials and curriculum kits procured under this Purchase Order shall be aligned with the national secondary education curriculum approved by the Ministry of Education, Republic of Iraq, and shall be available in Arabic as the primary language of instruction.
